KIND.

(Kinship: Innate, Natural Desire.)

A GMless, rules-lite, tarot-based TTRPG for 3-5 players. Meant to be played in one night, but could likely be adapted to play-by-post or several sessions.

Each of us has something that haunts us. The goal of KIND is not to win, but to help one another with that large, looming Major Obstacle. Eliminate (and help others eliminate) obstacles dragging you down in your life, even when others pop up. 

In this GMless TTRPG, you will take the form of a character who is struggling with a major obstacle, in a group of friends all burdened by day-to-day life. Decide how to expend your helpful energy--do you help yourself, help others, both, neither?

GAMEPLAY REQUIREMENTS.

• 1 tarot deck (or random tarot generator) per player.
• Paper and pen, or a blank document.  
• 4 matching ‘tokens’ of some kind (or 1d4). [This one is optional but makes tracking tokens easier]
